if you don’t have sliders use socks or a small face towel (just don’t use after this workout)

10-12 reps per exercise for each leg x 3/4 sets

  • side lunges

  • kneeling curls

  • lying hamstring curls

  • reverse plank curls

  • reverse lunge with knee pull

  • curtsey lunge
