Our Small Group Personal Training sessions are run in a 6-1 setting. That means a maximum of 3 other clients being coached during the SGPT.
Our coaches ensure that your session remains personally tailored to you and meeting you at what stage of training you are at and ready to progress from.
We love the idea of small group personal training because individual support coupled with the motivation you get while in a group means you to get a perfect training routine and results you are striving for. SGPT add a bit of fun and different dynamic to your sessions and you will not lose any time on your workout compared to a regular PT session.
Our SGPT is carried out in training pods. This allows for the highest standards of hygiene to be kept throughout our environment, whilst allowing you to maximise the time at your session. No sharing of weights or equipment. Just you, your own pod and access to all the kit you will need for each session.
We know there are lots of trainers and coaches out there, so making the decision to which one you want to help you with your health and fitness goal can be difficult. You can read more about me and my qualifications on the about page but let’s talk about us…
During our SGPT’s we can build the foundations to help you grow your confidence when you are working out in the gym. Some of my clients are around for a long time, others just a short while but each of you are important and so are your goals.

That depends. There are lots of difference reasons to have a personal trainer like:
To give you confidence going to the gym
To help keep you motivated
To make sure you have good technique to avoid risk of injury, work the targeted muscles properly, and to maximise your progress
To help you work towards your specific goals:

Increase muscle mass
Healthy body and heartIf you think you fall into any of these then maybe personal training is for you.
If not, have a look at Team Training or our Remote Coaching. One of these might be a better fit for you. -
Some lightweight clothing and non-slip supportive trainers will be enough to get you working out. Bring some water and a towel if you think you might need it!

SGPT’s last 50 mins.

During your first few sessions we will work on the basics; your movement patterns and how we are going to progress with our sessions to make sure you are getting the best from each one. It’s also an opportunity for you and me to get to know each other and build a good relationship. I want you to feel comfortable with me and trust me to let me push and encourage you throughout your sessions.
Think of me as your HQ buddy who just so happens to be qualified in all this fitness stuff.
