Using a nonstick pan start to fry the eggs, take them off after a few minutes unless you don't want them runny, add the bacon under the grill at 200 degrees turn after a few minutes. Add the muffins into the toaster then build up the muffin, first with the bacon and then the eggs top with the cheese and place under the gill for a few seconds to melt the cheese.
60g porridge oats
1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp low fat butter
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp dried cranberries
1 tbsp flaked almonds
½ tbsp poppy seeds
Mix all the dry ingredients together, melt the butter and add alongside the honey, place on a none stick baking try with paper and cook for 8-12 min on a low to medium heat until golden brown. Cool and break up and plate up.
30g oats
1 cup of skim milk
50g banana
½ cup of raspberries
2 squares of chocolate
Cook oats in a pot with milk for 2-4min until soft and creamy.Add on all the toppings. let the chocolate melt and enjoy !
1 slice of bloomer bread
1 tbsp of honey
¼ cup of frozen raspberries and blueberries
1 small banana
1 tsp coconut flakes, punkin seeds
2 small eggs
Whisk up your eggs together and dip in your thick slice of bread, cook in a pan for 2min each side until golden brown and cooked through. Add your frozen fruit to your pan once you have removed the bread, let them heat up and create a light syrup from the heat with the fruits.
Add on your banana and top with the fruit, honey and coconut flakes with the pumpkin seeds.

4 bacon medallions
30g of asda four cheese mix- low fat
1 cup of spinach
¼ cup of skimmed milk
Whisk up the eggs with the milk add in the cheese and chop up the spinach.
Cook off your bacon medallions, add 3 of them into the mix and use the last one to top off the muffins. Line a muffin tin which takes 6 muffins, add in your mix and bake for 8-12min until cooked.
Have them straight away for your breakfast or let them cool and store them in the fridge for another day they will keep for 3 days.

I cooked my sausages prior so I just had to cut them up, I grilled mine for 10min turning every 3 min. In your small skillet, add your chopped tomatoes along side your spinach and let the spinach wilt a little the tomatoes should simmer away, crack in your 2 eggs and scatter the sausages around leave with the lid over the skillet for 12min deepening on how you like your egg.

250ml Skimmed milk - option to use water instead

1/3 of an avocado- game changer to make this real creamy

I make sure that my fruit is frozen it gives a lovely creamy texture and keeps it cooler for much longer too. Blend up your strawberries, banana, avocado,skimmed milk. Place into your bowl and add on your toppings.
100g protein fromage frais - tesco or any other
40g oats uncooked
4 tbsp runny honey
1 cup of raspberries
50g self raising flour
1 large egg
Add all your dry ingredients together first, add in your protein fromage frais along with your honey and mix again slowly add your egg in two parts. Add your cup of raspberries and save 5 for the top. Place into your baking dish and cook at medium heat for 12ish minutes until cooked through.
X2 servings - go wild and have the full lot if you like or half with your protein fromage frais or even some raspberry jam.

20g avocado
100g crispy salad
½ tbsp chilli flakes
Poach the two eggs in a pan of boiling water for 3-4min depending on how runny you like them. Lay down your bed of salad toping with the x2 eggs along with the avocado and crumble the feta adding the chilli flakes last.

Grill that bacon first 2-3min in each side, as that cooks bring your water to the boil and add in one egg to poach swirling the water around gentle drop in the egg and let it do its thing for like 3min if you like a runny egg. Layer it all up in that toasted bagel and look at the rainbow of taste.

25g milk chocolate chips again for topping

Add all ingredients together and mix,divide into 8 paper cake cases and cook for 12-15min add on the toppings before the muffins go into the oven.

Beat one egg together with 2 tbsp of chocolate powder. Cut your thick slice of bread, I use a big bloomer loaf from Aldi it is unreal.Soak in the egg mixture and put in to the pan for 1-2min on each side,plate up add some strawberries and banana - I toasted mine in the pan and add a little nutella to top.
